Muni Fast Pass: Burrito--Original Canvas

This is a part of a three-part set of San Francisco Muni fast passes with quintessential foods from San Francisco! Collect them all: Dim Sum, Burrito, and Irish Coffee!

These pieces were made for the art show Muni Raised Me at SOMArts. They are meant to stay together to show the journey through life. The colors chosen are the colors issued for that month, Melan wanted to stay true to the accurate Muni fast passes of that time. This is the second of the three. The adult pass paired with a burrito, expresses the late nights of being in the city where Mexican food was often the only thing you could find still open. These pieces are an entire lifetime of living in the city riding Muni and the lifetime of catching the little treats along the way.
